The Women’s Health Visibility Index
THE ASK
75% of adults aged 18-34 use the internet as a primary source for health information. Meanwhile, the most-used platforms routinely remove and suppress medical content made for women. These same algorithms leave male health content untouched.
Digital Suppression is an issue invisible by design. CensHERship wants it impossible to ignore. How can we make people understand the severity and urgency of this threat to women?
Frame the systemic devaluation of women’s health as a stock market crash.

Why The Stock Market?
The visual of a stock ticker is powerful. You don’t need to be a stockbroker to know that a red arrow and a high percentage are bad news.
Our goal was to leverage the emotional and logical associations this system already has.
It evokes a sense of urgency.
It symbolizes deeper, systemic problems.
It demands everyone’s attention, because women’s health affects everyone.
